How the At-Cost fee is added
The worksheet applies the published facilitation fee of $1 for each square foot of measured roof area, with a $1,500 minimum. It shows that fee separately so it cannot be confused with supplier, crew, public, equipment, or approved-change charges.
What the range leaves out
A broad material or labor input can hide removal, roof system accessories, deck work, flashing, ventilation, access, protection, haul-off, taxes, delivery, permits, options, and conditions discovered after tear-off. Insurance estimates and potential claim payments are not construction inputs in this calculator.
