Estimate service

This is an interim notice for At-Cost Roofing's public website. The estimate page embeds a cross-origin estimate and lead-capture service. Address, first and last name, phone number, email address, and project-timing details entered inside that frame are submitted directly to that provider. The service also derives or processes normalized property location, roof measurement, and estimate details to produce a result and may create an estimate or lead record for At-Cost.

The At-Cost host sends the frame theme information and accepts only its ready and resize messages. The estimate provider currently emits additional completion data back to the parent page; the host component rejects those messages without storing them. That host-side rejection does not limit the provider's own collection, retention, or processing.

Crew applications

The crew application collects company and contact details, DFW availability, roofing experience, crew size, insurance status, optional certification information, and the recorded consent version. At-Cost stores a submitted application and an operational notification in its website systems so an authorized reviewer can evaluate it. Submitting does not create employment, an independent-contractor agreement, a job assignment, or a promise of response.

Final retention periods, deletion procedures, reviewer access, and the approved email service configuration remain launch gates. Application details must not be placed in public URLs, analytics, provider tags, or operational logs.

Current limitations

This repository does not contain reviewed terms establishing the estimate provider's retention, deletion, security, subprocessors, sale, or targeted-advertising practices. This interim notice therefore does not make claims about those practices. A reviewed service-provider agreement, data inventory, retention schedule, and complete applicable-law disclosures remain prerequisites before this flow is described as production-ready.

This notice must be replaced or approved in its final form before DNS cutover. It does not attempt to summarize every right or obligation that may apply to a particular request or jurisdiction.
