Who works with the homeowner?

At-Cost is the contractor of record. That means At-Cost signs the homeowner contract and manages the project. Your crew handles the roofing work, job photos, safety updates, and field problems listed in the signed job details.

What happens if there is a problem with the work?

The original crew will usually get the first chance to fix its work when it is safe and practical. The signed terms explain the exact process.

How is the job price set?

At-Cost and the crew agree on the price before the crew accepts the job. Applying does not set a price or create an agreement.

Am I an At-Cost employee?

At-Cost plans to work with independently operated crews. The signed agreement and the law decide the final working relationship, responsibilities, and payment terms.
