Defined project scopes.
An offered project would identify the property, scope, service area, and agreed unit pricing before a crew accepts it.
Coordinated materials.
At-Cost coordinates supplier orders and delivery as contractor of record. Job-specific responsibilities and exceptions remain in the accepted scope and executed agreement.
Recorded coordination.
At-Cost coordinates permits, scheduling, approved changes, and homeowner communication. Crews still document work, safety issues, and field conditions assigned to them.
Agreed unit pricing.
At-Cost invoices the homeowner as contractor of record. Crew pricing, responsibilities, classification, and payment terms are defined by the executed agreement and applicable law.
Quality-based dispatch.
Documented milestone evidence, callbacks, and project feedback may inform later assignment decisions when project work is available.
Evidence-gated payout.
Approved completion evidence supports payout eligibility. Method, timing, and fees depend on the executed agreement and accepted project terms.

What we look for.
These are the initial review areas for a DFW application. Applying does not guarantee approval, a response time, an executed agreement, or project work.
- Evidence of insurance required by the executed agreement and applicable law
- Applicable local registrations, permits, and trade credentials
- Manufacturer certifications when required by a selected warranty program
- Crew capacity appropriate for each accepted scope
- Ability to communicate safety instructions and jobsite issues in English or Spanish
- Willingness to document jobs with milestone photos (tear-off, dry-in, final). We'll show you exactly what we need. This protects you and the homeowner.
Completion first. Authorization stays separate.
Milestone evidence supports completion review. An approved crew amount can then move through a separately authorized payout process under the executed crew agreement.
Completion review
Required milestone photos and the agreed scope are reviewed before payout eligibility. Marking work complete does not itself move money.
Authorized disbursement
Method, timing, conditions, and any fees are stated in the executed crew agreement and the accepted project terms. An application does not establish payout terms.
